Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / Faculty Performance

The feedback collected from students ones thrice every year through a questionnaire and analyzed and presented to academic improvement committee which is conducted by management and academic advisory committee and discussed back in small groups with the students and feedback used for academic improvements.

10.11

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

The grievance committee as described above meets time to time to settle grievances of the faculty staff and students in order to improve academic standards.
Class mentor system involving faculty in addressing and solving students problems has been evolved. This has significantly improved the students faculty interaction process.
The students are also allowed to freely interact with the respective director principal for any grievance quick redressal at the level of director principal is insured within three days.
Regular meeting of faculty and staff are held at the level of director principal, during which grievance of faculty and staff, if any are taken up and sorted out.
